The first one

I think the best concert I ever saw, was the first of my life, in 2010; It was Millencolin, a skatepunk band from Sweden. Today I'm not listening too often but the affection still, because It was the first band I ever known (at 7 years old) and also the first concert. Skatepunk it's one of the substyles of punk rock, includes intensive and fast melodies and riffs; making an incentive to make sports like skate, "increasing" the adrenaline sensation (a curious fact is that I never learn to skate), and Millencolin was an exceptional exponent of this style. The atmosphere was insane, and the feelings mix of nervous, emotion and joy makes an incredible sensation. The played in teatro novedades (Santiago), the space was too small for the crowd and it was a little bit caotic when the circle pit start spining, was really fun. On that ocassion, I went with 2 friends of the highschool and the sister of one of them, but I'm not in touch with them anymore, we choose too different ways after the school.

I was in a lot of concerts so far (including big festivals), and saw a big variety of music styles, but I choose that because was the first one, and I reached different experiences in that moment (I was a teenager).

First post, Canada

Hi again!

Today I'm gonna talk about a country I'd like to visit, and It's Canada. This place has amazaing landscapes of forests, glaciers, mountains, and lots of more natural places; so I'ts ideal to make outdoor activities and specially hiking and climbing, that are my favourites. Another thing about this country, it's his multicultural and friendly sides. His cities host people from arround the world, and also are super safety and clean. His variety of festivals and architecture of his cities, prove the influence of the different cultures that they have (mostly the celtic, french, british and the aboriginal ones). I'm planning to study and live there, I have cousins living in Victoria, BC; and my parents live there 30 years ago, so I have the citizenship to stay there. Obviusly, I didn't have the chance to visit there yet, but I have plans to see my cousins and have my experience in that place. My reason to study here, I'ts for the geography school of BC, that are one of the bests in the world. It would be geat to continue my studies and make some investigations there.

Practice Post

Good morning classmates,

I'm gonna talk about the internet information, specially in the mass media. I think we shouldn't show too much information about ourselves, even with ubications or exposing some personal moments. Even if you have in private your accounts or personal info, that can be available for some people with knowledge and skills of programming (mostly hackers). In first appears, social media can be fun or interesting, but we need to care about what we post or show on internet. In my case, I only use the social media to see memes and photos of mountains and expeditions (and sometimes to post contents when I spend my day hiking). Personally, I prefer Instagram beacuse there's a lot of content to see about landscapes and geography, and also to watch some dumb videos of random people. I don't post too much, and if I do that, I never show personal details or moments, just non relevant things.
